Project Description

Healthie, a SaaS provider in the digital healthcare space, partnered with us to serve as an extension of their marketing team. For over three years, we've maintained and optimized their website. In our latest project together, we supported Healthie with (re)building and launching their Webflow site. We focused on modular components to optimize development and accelerate page building.

Problem

Healthie needed to align its new positioning with fresh branding and a revamped website. Now targeting two distinct audiences with their products, Healthie and Healthie+, the user flows were reimagined to reflect these changes. Consequently, the website had to be redesigned to incorporate all the new features and requirements, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

Solution

In a short timeframe, we built a robust and fast website for Healthie on their preferred platform, Webflow. Our team successfully migrated over 500+ blog posts, ensuring that their SEO efforts remained top of mind as their organic content drove over 20,000+ organic visitors per month. The new website not only supports their redefined positioning but also provides a seamless user experience, catering to both of their target audiences effectively.

Built for scaling

Having known our client for many years, we understood they were in a critical growth phase. This necessitated a website optimized for scaling and expansion. To achieve this, we created a custom style guide that allows us to build modular components and efficiently manage colours for both brands (Healthie and Healthie+), button styles, and more in just one click. This approach has resulted in a development time reduction of up to 50%, ensuring the website can effortlessly accommodate future growth and changes.

Lightning-fast loading speeds

We built the website with top-tier SEO, high-quality code, smooth and lightweight animations to ensure lightning-fast loading speeds. User Interface elements and micro-interactions were meticulously designed for mobile resolutions, enhancing the overall user experience and maintaining seamless performance.

Fully integrated with Husbpot

We seamlessly integrated HubSpot CRM into Healthie's website, aligning with their form submission goals. Most HubSpot forms are embedded directly, allowing the Healthie team to update them without using Webflow Designer. For eBook downloads, forms are connected through the Webflow app, sending hidden metadata to trigger automatic email sequences that deliver the correct eBook to users. This integration ensures efficient form management and enhances user engagement.

Onboarding & internal training

We curated a YouTube video playlist for the Healthie team, granting them full control over their website CMS. This resource enables them to internally train their team and access past knowledge without any time constraints. Additionally, we continue to provide ongoing support for maintenance and page building, ensuring the website remains up-to-date and fully functional.
